Bookings - We do not "pencil-in" bookings. When you are ready to book us, we do require a 25% - 50%
booking fee depending on the type, duration, and scale of your event. Dates are considered “booked”
when your booking fee is received. This booking fee will be applied towards your final bill and is non-
refundable. Short notice catering requests (seven days or less) require a 100% booking fee, and must
be paid in full on the booking date. If there is an unpaid balance for any reason, interest will accrue from
the first day owed at the rate of 1.5% per day compounded daily.
Payment - Payment in full is required on the day of the event. We accept cash (in person), checks (in
person or through the mail), or wire transfer fund to our bank. We do not except credit cards. Payment
instructions will be provided with your proposal and final invoice.
Cancellations - In the event that you need to cancel your order for any reason seven days or more prior to
the event you may forfeit your booking fee. Cancellations 3-6 days in advance shall incur a 75%
cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event shall incur a 100% cancellation fee. Any
refunds due will be returned to you via check within 10 business-days of the cancellation notice.
Total Guest Count - We allow short notice changes (2-7 days prior to the event) to your total guest count.
Keep in mind that major reductions will incur a partial cancellation fee and major increases may create
service challenges and additional costs.
Taxes - All prices are subject to applicable state and County sales tax.
Safety and Funds - It is our practice for reasons of safety and accounting that we use our credit cards for
purchasing any items related to your event. Even if we receive petty cash against these purchases, this
open disclosure is to be considered permission to commingle funds in good faith against receipts.
Travel Charges - A travel charge of $2.00 (kitchen trailer) per mile (round-trip) will be added to all orders.
There will be additional charges for other services (i.e., generator, fuel, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Equipment and Insurance - Client assumes the risk of loss or damage to ‘A Viaggi
Bistro’ equipment while in client possession. Client shall cover the full replacement cost for the lost or
damaged equipment.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
LESSEE shall provide LESSOR with Evidence of Insurance as follows:
AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY in an amount not less than:
$1,000,000.00 / $1,000,000.00 Bodily Injury Liability
$1,000,000.00 Property Damage Liability or
$1,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit of Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability
COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY in an amount not less than:
$1,000,000.00 / $1,000,000.00 Bodily Injury Liability
$1,000,000.00 Property Damage Liability or
$1,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit of Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability
Full Comprehensive and Collision coverage applicable to any and all vehicles, trailers, vessels, provided
under the terms of this agreement in the amounts stipulated.
Insurance may be verified by filing a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE containing the following elements:
(1) Include LESSOR as an ADDITIONAL INSURED under the LESSEE’S Auto Liability and
Comprehensive General Policy for claims made and/or any suits brought.
(2) Include LESSOR as an ADDITIONAL INSURED and loss payee for physical damage to LESSOR’S
equipment under all circumstances during the entire time while under the direction and control by
LESSEE.
(3) Provide 30 Day Notice of Cancellation or Reduction in coverage(s).
(4) Contain a statement that LESSEE’S Insurance is primary in respect to LESSOR’S over all other
insurance.
LESSEE’S insurance coverage shall commence at the time LESSOR’S equipment is dispatched for
LESSEE and will remain fully in force and through out the entire period equipment rented is assigned to
LESSEE. Said Insurance will remain in full force until such date that the rental is completed and
terminates.
This stays in force throughout cleaning, dumping and/or any repairs or services that are required.
Drop off service for smaller productions - Delivery charges, set up fees, and deposits are dependent
upon the location and requirements of our equipment and services.
Each meal will be served for two (2) hours in duration. Lunch will be served six (6) hours after general
crew call, and any deviation from this must be in writing and confirmed by us.
